02. Market Scraping Operations
Our L1 Scraper engine analyzes Meta Ad Libraries and other social repositories. We strictly scrape publicly accessible data to engineer market gaps. We do not extract, store, or process private user data or unauthorized restricted assets during these operations.
03. Creator Vault Data Handling
If you upload media kits or audience demographics to our Vault, this data is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell your commercial rates or follower analytics to third-party brokers. It is used exclusively by our internal Matchmaker system to pair you with active brand campaigns.
04. Third-Party Transmissions
To ensure high-speed operations, we utilize secure third-party pipelines like Web3Forms for form processing and Vercel for cloud hosting. These services adhere to global security compliances and process our data end-to-end without retaining ownership of your submissions.
05. Data Control & Deletion
You have full authority over your data. If you wish to be removed from The Creator Vault or want your brand audit records wiped from our servers, contact our administrative node at pawan@tattvasync.in. We execute deletion protocols within 48 hours.
